In order to maximize participation, both youth aspirants and employers have been provided with a QR code to register and attend the event, making the process more streamlined and accessible.

Government’s Vision for Employment Generation

According to Sumeet Sharma, Secretary of the Department of Skill, Employment, and Entrepreneurship, the budget announcement proposes organizing employment fairs to provide private sector employment to 150,000 youth in the coming year. As part of this initiative, the Mega Employment Fair on International Women’s Day aims to offer unemployed youth in Rajasthan an opportunity to tap into the vast employment potential in the private sector.

Opportunities for All Qualifications

In addition to the private employers, several government departments will also participate in the fair, including the District Industry Center, the Social Justice and Empowerment Department, the Women and Child Development Department, and others. These departments will provide valuable information on their schemes and programs, helping youth benefit from the available resources. The Army Recruitment Office will also be present to guide young aspirants about the recruitment process for joining the Indian Army.

This Mega Employment Fair is not just a job fair; it is a significant step towards empowering youth and providing them with the tools they need to contribute to their families and communities. By linking youth with opportunities in the private sector and offering essential support from various government departments, this fair will help Rajasthan’s youth secure meaningful employment and become a part of the growing workforce of India.

On International Women’s Day, this event represents the government’s unwavering commitment to creating employment opportunities for young people, particularly women, and ensuring that they are well-equipped for the future. We encourage all qualified youth to participate and take full advantage of the opportunities this Mega Employment Fair has to offer.
