राजस्थान के मंत्रीमंडल में शनिवार को भजन लाल शर्मा द्वारा नेतृत्व कर रही भारतीय जनता पार्टी (भा.ज.पा.) सरकार ने अपने कैबिनेट को बढ़ाने का निर्णय लिया, जिसमें पूर्व केंद्रीय मंत्री राज्यवर्धन सिंह राठौड़ और वरिष्ठ भा.ज.पा. नेता किरोड़ी लाल मीणा समेत 22 सदस्यों को शामिल किया गया। 12 सदस्यों को कैबिनेट मंत्री बनाया गया, साथ ही स्वतंत्र प्रभार सहित 10 मंत्रियों को भी सरकार में शामिल किया गया, जिनमें से पाँचों को स्वतंत्र प्रभार मिला। राजस्थान के राजभवन में एक समारोह में राजस्थान के राज्यपाल कलराज मिश्रा ने नए मंत्रियों को शपथ दिलाई। उन 22 सदस्यों में से 12 ओबीसी, तीन एसटी और दो एससी हैं, साथ ही उपमुख्यमंत्री प्रेम चंद बैरवा भी शामिल हैं। भा.ज.पा. ने करनपुर विधानसभा सीट से अपने प्रत्याशी सुरेंद्रपाल सिंह को भी राजस्थान सरकार में शामिल किया है। राजस्थान कैबिनेट में शामिल हुए सदस्यों में मीणा, मदन दिलावर, राठौड़, गजेन्द्र सिंह खिमसर, बाबूलाल खारड़ी, जोगराम पटेल, सुरेश सिंह रावत, अविनाश गहलोत, जोराराम कुमावत, हेमंत मीणा, कन्हैया लाल चौधरी और सुमित गोदारा शामिल हैं। संजय शर्मा, गौतम कुमार डाक,
